QB. Andrew Luck - Stanford: 6-4, 235
The way things are starting to shape up this draft could be very predictable for the 1st 6 straight picks non of which more predictable than this one. Colts are started from ground 0 and have to get that franchise QB to build around to get their franchise going in the right direction. Luck is the best QB prospect in this draft and some even say the best since John Elway. This one's a no brainer you have to select Luck.
2.

QB. Robert Griffin III - Baylor: 6-2, 220
The Redskins gave up a whole lot to move up to this spot and their plan is to take the best of the 2 quarterbacks that's available. Unless the Colts pull a shocker and take Griffin the Redskins will.
3.

OT. Matt Kalil - USC: 6-7, 300
It's pretty much a consensus that Kalil is the best non QB prospect in this draft and it just so happens that Tackle is a major need for the Vikings. It's always good when you can fill a need and get the best player on the board and that's what should happen.
4.

RB. Trent Richardson - Alabama: 5-11, 224
The Browns offense over the past few years has been awful and they desperately need a playmaker. Some are thinking Blackmon could go here and not only is that logical under normal circumstances it's who I would have mocked here because it's a better fit and a bigger need. But because the Browns have another 1st round pick where they'll be able to get a quality WR with a 1st round grade they should take the RB here because Richardson is the only back in this class with a 1st round grade according to all the scouts.
5.

CB. Morris Claiborne - LSU: 6-1, 185
There is a small chance that whoever is picking 4th would give Claiborne a look as he is a better prospect overall than Blackmon or Richardson in my opinion but I think the need is greater at other spots for Cleveland for them to pull the trigger which means the best corner in the draft is probably going to fall in Tampa Bay's lap. With Ronde Barber on the downside of his career and Aqib Talib issues off the field the Bucs need a corner back and Claiborne has shut down corner potential so he fits perfectly.

The Rams sucessfully flipped the 2nd pick to move back 4 spots in the draft and will still most likely get the guy they shoulda took at 2 and picked up 2 future 1st round picks in the process. They are off to a great start this offseason already and can really cap it off with a strong draft and Blackmon fills their biggest need to get a big time receiving target for their franchise QB.

The Jags need an effective pass rusher on the edge and Ingram is the best one in this class. He can play as a 4-3 end or 3-4 outside LB and his versatility and pass rush ability will be just what they need in Jacksonville.

The Bills had a very active offseason already signing the best defensive Free Agent available in Mario Williams and also filling their best defensive need. Now they can turn their attention to Tackle which is their next biggest need and Riley Reiff is a top 10 caliber prospect and the next best tackle on the board so this pick should be a no brainer.

The Browns really need WR help and if they don't take Blackmon with the 4th pick they HAVE to take whoever the best WR left is with this pick. Colt McCoy hasn't even had a fair chance to show what he can do with the lack of talent this team has had at WR the past few seasons. His best target during his career has been a primarily a return guy.

The 49ers are one of the most complete teams in the league and their only real weakness was WR which they addressed in free agency by getting Randy Moss and Mario Manningham. Coach Harbaugh coached Fleener at Stanford and after seeing how effective NE was with 2 good TE's it wouldn't surprise me if the 49ers wanted to give it a try.
6.

WR. Justin Blackmon - Oklahoma State: 6-1, 208
The Rams sucessfully flipped the 2nd pick to move back 4 spots in the draft and will still most likely get the guy they shoulda took at 2 and picked up 2 future 1st round picks in the process. They are off to a great start this offseason already and can really cap it off with a strong draft and Blackmon fills their biggest need to get a big time receiving target for their franchise QB.
7.

DE/OLB. Melvin Ingram - South Carolina
The Jags need an effective pass rusher on the edge and Ingram is the best one in this class. He can play as a 4-3 end or 3-4 outside LB and his versatility and pass rush ability will be just what they need in Jacksonville.
8.

QB. Ryan Tannehill - Texas A&M: 6-4, 220
The Dolphins are desperate for a franchise caliber QB and because of it are going to make what I feel is a huge error and take a QB in the top 10 just because he's the best one available. Tannehill is a 2nd round talent and need doesn't change that. You pick Tannehill here instead of another player who could have more impact you really hurt your team. But we saw it last year and we'll see it again this year.
9.

DT. Dontari Poe - Memphis: 6-5, 350
The Panthers need help on the interior D-Line. For a while last offseason everyone was mocking a DT to them with the 1st overall pick until Cam emerged as the best prospect. Their defense was awful last year and getting a disruptive force like Poe could help turn that around over night. Poe had one of the best combines of any prospect and certified himself as the best DT in my opinion. With his size initial thoughts were that he was just a Nose Tackle but now it's clear he can play all 3 interior D-Line positions and with his versatility and size he's starting to draw comparisons to Haloti Ngata. And if he's that good getting him at 9 would be a steal.
10.

OT. Riley Reiff - Iowa: 6-6, 300
11.

MLB. Luke Kuechly - Boston College: 6-2, 235
The Chiefs officially made Crennel their Head Coach and a player like Luke Kuechly is a match made in heaven for his defense. Crennel likes smart instinctive LBs and for his defense to work at it's best he needs one and Kuechly fits that description. He's a tackling machine and reads offenses really well and is one of the smartest defenders in this draft. Him and Derrick Johnson together in the middle of a defense could be a major problem for opposing offenses.
12.

DE. Quinton Coples - North Carolina: 6-6, 285
The Seahawks desperately need help at defensive end. Clemons their best pass rusher is in the last year of his deal and is in his 30s now which means if he wants to much money Seattle might let him walk next year. They need to have another solid pass rusher in place in case they do and they need another solid pass rusher this year because Clemons was the only guy that could get to the QB for this team consistently last year.
13.

OT. Jonathan Martin - Stanford: 6-6, 304
Some might say this is a little high for Martin but every single year we see reaches in the draft and this is usually the area of the draft they happen. The Cardinals really wanna find a new LT and move Brown to guard because he's just too slow to be counted on a LT. Martin still has some developing to do but he does have quick enough feet to step in and be a upgrade over Brown as a pass protecter for Kolb's blind side.
14.

DT. Fletcher Cox - Mississippi State: 6-3, 296
There are mixed views on Fletcher Cox right now. Some scouts have him top 10 others top 20. I saw Cox play up close and personal many times last season because I go to MSU so I know what he can do and trust me he'd be perfect for the Cowboys 3-4 defense as a end. Cox isn't a dominant pass rusher but does have a good motor and is really good against the run as he made plenty of plays in the backfield for the Bulldogs defense last year and the Cowboys could use that for their end spot as they've been missing it ever since Canty left as a free agent.
15.

S. Mark Barron - Alabama: 6-1, 223
The Eagles addressed LB by trading for Demeco Ryans and resigned WR Desean Jackson so we can scratch those off the immediate needs list. There are alot of people that are saying the Eagles really wanna go DT here and they might especially if Cox is still on the board but if he's not there's no reason to reach for Brockers here when a higher rated player that feels a more pressing need is still on the board in Barron. The Eagles could use better safety play and Barron would make them better at that position instantly.
16.

WR. Michael Floyd - Notre Dame: 6-3, 229
Right now everyone's saying Courtney Upshaw for this pick and if Floyd goes before 16 that'll most likely who gets picked here but if the 2nd best WR is still on the board I don't see how the Jets can pass on him. After Santonio Holmes theirs nothing but uncertainty at the WR position for the Jets. Not only that but this offense was just awful last year and if your gonna extend Sanchez and bring in Tebow you gotta give them some weapons since neither of those 2 are elite QBs who can make average WRs better which is why they need to take Floyd or maybe even Kendell Wright if Floyd is gone.
17.

OG. David DeCastro - Stanford: 6-5, 316
At this point DeCastro is the best player on the board and the Bengals lost guard Nate Livings in free agency. People are calling DeCastro the best guard prospect since Steve Hutchinson and if he becomes that it'll be a steal getting him at 17. The Bengals need another corner opposite Leon Hall but they also have the 21st pick in the 1st round and can address that need then.
18.

OG. Cordy Glenn - Georgia: 6-5, 346
The Chargers need help defensively as they could use another pass rusher but right tackle is just as big of issue for this team and Glenn could be the answer especially if they wanna improve their running game. Glenn is a massive run blocking tackle that can change life on the San Diego O-Line.
19.

OT. Mike Adams - Ohio State: 6-7, 323
Most have Adams as a late 1st round guy and based on his talent he probably should be but Tackle is just to big a need for the Bears not to address it and address it with this pick. This might be a slight reach for Adams but Adams is better than anybody else that team has planned to put at LT. This team went out and traded for Marshall and Cutler is coming back from injury, which he got because of this bad O-Line. They have to take the best tackle available with this pick.
20.

CB. Dre Kirkpatrick - Alabama: 6-2, 190
The Titans lost Courtland Finnegan to free agency and need to replace him and Kirkpatrick is the 2nd best corner in the class. He's only gonna fall because of a lack of need for corner where he's valued at but getting him at 20 could turn out to be a steal.
21.

CB. Stephon Gilmore - South Carolina: 6-0, 190
Gilmore has been rising up draft boards really fast according to reports and Bengals need a corner after losing Joeseph to free agency last year. Nate Clements wasn't the long term answer they need a young guy with potential to be a long term starter and Gilmore is that guy.
22.

WR. Kendall Wright - Baylor: 5-10, 194
23.

CB. Janoris Jenkins - North Alabama: 5-9, 177
I don't care about the character issues and I don't think the Lions do either. All the reports I've heard are that Jenkins has changed and is a pretty good guy actually. More importantly the Lions desperately need help at corner and Jenkins could be the 2nd best talent at corner in this class but his off the field past has him in a position that he might fall. But if the Lions are up and Kirkpatrick and Gilmore aren't on the board they better pick this guy and help fix their biggest weakness.
24.

MLB. Dont'a Hightower - Alabama - 6-2, 265
The Steelers cut James Farrior and now need a starting MLB and Hightower can fill that need for them. He played for a NFL style defense for Nick Saban at Alabama and was a great leader for that National Championship team I think he'd be a great fit for the Steelers.
25.

DT/DE. Michael Brockers - LSU: 6-6, 306
The Broncos need help at DT, it's arguably their biggest weakness. They've got quality LBs, pass rushers, and good players in the secondary but that interior D -Line is very suspect and Brockers at 25 is great value and it fills a need.
26.

WR. Stephen Hill - Georgia Tech: 6-4, 215
The Texans have developed into an elite team in the AFC and that defense is one of the more complete groups in the league. The weak spot for the Texans is WR. After Andre Johnson nobody else on this team really scares you. Hill is a big tall guy that can run well and be a solid deep threat which is just what they need as a compliment to Andre as well as a compliment to their fantastic running game.
27.

OLB/DE. Courtney Upshaw - Alabama: 6-1, 273
The Patriots need to improve their defense especially their ability to rush the passer and Upshaw can do that. Upshaw is a top 15 caliber talent and if he's avialbale at 27 and fills a need the Packers won't hesitate to pick him. But it's incredibly likely Upshaw will go before they pick and if he's gone they might take Nick Perry or Chandler Jones.
28.

DE/OLB. Nick Perry - USC: 6-3, 271
Nick Perry is another guy that really boosted his stock at the combine. Pass rusher is one of the needs for this team and of their needs the best value. Perry is still a little raw and needs to learn how to play but he's got great raw talent and would be perfect to pick this late for such a complete team that wouldn't be devastated if he ended up not panning out.
29.

C. Peter Konz - Wisconsin: 6-5, 315
The Ravens need a young C because Matt Birk is getting up there in age. Birk would be the perfect mentor for him and when Birk retires or play declines because of his age they can plug him right in as the starter.
30.

TE. Coby Fleener - Stanford: 6-6, 247
31.

DT. Devon Still - Penn State: 6-5, 307
The Patriots have 2 1st round picks and need to use them both on the defensive side of the ball. They could use a player in all 3 areas of the defense the secondary, linebacker, and the D-Line. Their aren't any corners worth taking here so they should use their picks to address the front 7. Devon Still is solid value here and fills a need. They tried to bring in Haynesworth last year to feel their need on the interior D-Line and it didn't work so maybe Still can be the answer.
32.

RB. Lamar Miller - Miami: 5-10, 212
The Giants are the Super Bowl champs and a pretty complete team so alot of people think they should go with the best player on the board but I disagree. The Giants just cut RB Brandon Jacobs and Amah Bradshaw was hurt at times last season. Bradshaw isn't the type of back you can count on to be a solo feature back alone and the Giants don't pick again until 64 so if they can get a impact spell back to share the load with Bradshaw at 32 I think they should and Lamar Miller is the 2nd best back in the class.
